Vivian Perez

Mrs. Perez is our Disability Retirement Specialist. Mrs. Perez has experience in all levels of OWCP. She also has 2 years experience as the Executive Assistant for the NALC Local #599 where her primary function was to assist members with their disability retirement application and appeals process. Her working knowledge in this field makes her a valuable member of our team.

Bill Hackney

Mr. Hackney is our Workers' Compensation Consultant. He has over 30 years experience with the United States Postal Service (USPS) as a Payroll Clerk, Payroll Supervisor, and Payroll Manager. For 25 of those 30 years Mr. Hackney performed Payroll and Operations Audits. He also worked for the U.S. Post Office Headquarters Payroll System and Southern Region installing timekeeping systems. Mr. Hackney's function is to assist Mr. Perez with Worker's Compensation matters. Mr. Hackney's experience within the USPS makes him a valuable asset to our team.
