I
am a letter carrier in Southwest Florida with over 20 years service.
Like all of you, I felt the physical demands of my job taking
a toll on my body but felt helpless to change the deteriorating
workplace conditions. With my problems growing worse daily, and
the inadequacy of the grievance procedure and how long it takes,
I felt I had no recourse and would soon have my job in jeopardy.
I
am here to tell you that there is a recourse, there is help.
Mr.
Lenin Perez took up my cause and the recourse was far beyond my
greatest expectations. Not only with the financial settlement
for my job related medical problems, he has stood up and answered
the Postal Service, restoring for me, dignity and respect that
had eroded over the years of harassment.
Sincerely,
Patrick

I
am very happy with the services I have received at FWCC. Lenny
Perez and Bill Hackney are extremely knowledgeable and experienced
in the areas of federal workers' compensation and retirement.
One of the things Iike about having them as my consultant advocates
is that they generally take my calls immediately and, if they
are not available, they are quick to get back with me to answer
my questions.

The
main thing I looked for when dealing with my U.S. Postal Service
and federal workers' compensation issues was advice from people
who knew what it was like to deal with the USPS and OWCP. The
reality is that only someone who has been there can truly understand
what it's like to have to battle these giant federal agencies
to defend one's rights. With Federal Workers' Compensation Consultants,
there is not much need to explain. Bill Hackney and Lenny Perez
are both retired Postal Service employees who know exactly what
it's like to work for the Postal Service and to have to deal with
OWCP.
When
I think of those I consider Workers' Compensation experts, Lenny
Perez is at the top of the list. I walked into his office not
knowing if I could file a successful workers' compensation claim
and not even knowing how to start. I walked out armed with loads
of information and with the confidence that I could win my case,
which I did thanks to the helpful information provided to me by
Mr. Perez.
It
is possible to defend your case against the Postal Service and
OWCP and to win when you have a knowledgeable and able advocate.
Bill and Lenny know their stuff and they are ready to put it to
work for you.

My
name is Evelyn Craig. I have been employed with the United States
Postal Service as a clerk for almost 19 years. I was being harassed
by management because of my usuage of Family Medical Leave for
my diabetes. I was harassed to the point of a mental and emotional
breakdown. I filed some EEO's, but didn't know where to turn.
There was so much paperwork to handle on my own.
I
had heard about Lenin Perez's organization, Federal Worker's Compensations
Consultants (FWCC), and I took all of my postal problems to Lenin
and his staff. It was the beginning of a "new life"
for me. FWCC immediately took my case. Lenin took me through the
processes step by step. Everything went where it was supposed
to go in a timely manner. Avenues I had never dreamed of opened
up, all due to Lenin's knowledge and expertise.
Lenin
is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of problems postal
employees have at the Postal Service. I strongly recommend to
anyone who is having problems with the Postal Service to sign
up with Lenin at FWCC. You will be glad you did!
